Work Environment\n

This role is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility and the ability to connect with families and children from various locations in Gresham, Oregon, and beyond. As a member of our early intervention team, you will collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to implement individualized family service plans (IFSPs), ensuring compliance with Federal and State regulations. The remote work setting supports a healthy work-life balance while providing necessary accommodations to meet the individual needs of our staff and the families we serve.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to understand each child's unique needs and challenges.

• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) tailored to the needs of each child.
\n
• Monitor and assess outcomes in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring that interventions are effective and adjustments are made as needed.
\n
• Provide vital support and resources to families, empowering them with skills and knowledge to enhance their child’s development.
\n
• Adhere to all relevant Federal and State regulations to maintain the highest standards of care.
\n
• Develop strong rapport with children and families, fostering a positive and healthy learning environment.
\n
• Utilize the Natural Learning Environment Practices and evidence-based strategies to promote child development.
\n
• Implement the IFSP for enrolled families, recommending appropriate service frequencies based on developmental assessments.
\n
• Employ the coaching model and natural environment teaching methodologies during interactions with families.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on young children with developmental delays and disabilities, specifically in their first three years of life. The LCSW will work closely with infants, toddlers, and their families, promoting early intervention strategies that optimize outcomes in areas such as physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills. This role plays a critical part in the developmental trajectory of these children.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential recognized by the Department of Public Health.

• A valid driver's license.
\n
• Minimum one year of experience working in early intervention services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
