Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the emotional and behavioral health of students, utilizing standardized assessment tools and interview techniques.

• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each student, ensuring alignment with their goals and school support systems.

• Provide evidence-based individual, group, and family counseling sessions, helping students deal with mental health issues, trauma, and social challenges.

• Monitor and evaluate the progress of clients towards their treatment goals, making adjustments to therapeutic approaches when necessary.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, school psychologists, and other healthcare providers, to support the overall welfare of students.

• Deliver crisis intervention services for students facing acute emotional distress, ensuring prompt and effective support during high-stress situations.

• Maintain thorough and confidential records of all client interactions, therapeutic interventions, and treatment progress in accordance with ethical guidelines and legal standards.

• Continuously engage in professional development, staying current with trends and advancements in mental health treatment methodologies and best practices.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
