Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic interviews, to evaluate students' needs.

• Create individualized treatment plans in partnership with students, focusing on their specific goals, cultural background, and emotional challenges.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) both individually and in group settings.

• Provide crisis intervention, ensuring that appropriate care is delivered swiftly to students in acute distress.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation including progress notes and treatment plans, adhering strictly to both regulatory guidelines and clinic policies.

• Empower students and their families through psychoeducation, equipping them with the tools needed to manage their mental health effectively.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team comprising educators, psychiatrists, and case managers to ensure comprehensive care for students.

• Engage in regular outcome assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of therapy and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits\n
