Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to students, including assessment, individual therapy, group therapy, and family therapy, ensuring interventions are tailored to meet the diverse needs of clients.

• Assist in the monitoring of client admissions, discharges, and ongoing treatment needs to ensure continued care and support.

• Fulfill on-call responsibilities during designated hours to provide emergency support as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will predominantly work with school-aged children and adolescents who are experiencing symptoms of major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders. Our clients often come from under-resourced backgrounds, and it is critical for our social worker to understand the unique challenges these populations face, including social stressors, family dynamics, and academic pressures. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this full-time position is between USD 70,000 to 85,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
