Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver direct clinical services to a caseload of students exhibiting symptoms of major mental illness and/or severe emotional disorders.

• Conduct evidence-based assessments, screenings, and evaluations to determine students’ needs and tailor interventions accordingly.
\n
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans in conjunction with students, families, and educational staff, ensuring integration of resources.
\n
• Provide therapeutic interventions such as individual counseling, group therapy, and family support sessions, focusing on youth empowerment and skill development.
\n
• Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure a collaborative approach to care and shared understanding of each student’s progress.
\n
• Conduct crisis interventions when necessary, leveraging appropriate protocols to manage client safety and ensure effective resolution of emergencies.

• Ensure compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies, maintaining client confidentiality and professional integrity in all engagements.

• Monitor and document client progress, prepare reports for stakeholders, and ensure timely data submission as mandated by program requirements.

• Engage in staff training and development opportunities to enhance skills and remain current on best practices in social work and mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution, with a valid LCSW license in New York state.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
