Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your specific duties will include:

• Assessing and diagnosing clients through the use of standardized tools, including the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM), to develop individualized care plans tailored to each patient's unique cultural background and needs.

• Implementing evidence-based practices to measure treatment effectiveness and adjust intervention strategies accordingly.

• Regularly tracking and documenting patient's progress, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements through accurate and timely record-keeping.

• Collaborating with patients, families, and educational staff to formulate comprehensive treatment and outcome-based plans, proactive in anticipating safety risks while recommending symptom alleviation strategies.

• Facilitating referrals to other mental health and community resources, establishing a strong network of supportive services to enhance program effectiveness.

• Providing mentorship and guidance to interns, students, and volunteers, fostering a collaborative learning environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) status in the state of New York.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience and education.
