Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LCSW, you will play a critical part in creating tailored therapeutic plans for students experiencing a range of mental health concerns. Key responsibilities will include:

• Developing individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to fit each student’s needs and preferences.

• Providing direct psychotherapy services to students in a one-on-one or group setting, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New York.
