This position operates in a hybrid model, allowing you the flexibility to work remotely while also engaging in essential in-person activities within a school environment located in Corona, New York. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' mental health through a combination of virtual and in-person sessions, identifying their needs to develop individualized treatment plans.

• Provide therapeutic interventions using evidence-based techniques for various mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues.

• Collaborate with educators, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and interventions, ensuring holistic support for each student.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and therapeutic methods in adherence to organizational standards and state regulations.

• Advocate for students by helping them gain access to community resources, educational support services, and additional therapeutic options.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on students and their families within the educational system. This diverse population includes individuals experiencing a range of mental health challenges, from common adolescent issues to more significant psychological disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Current and active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with children and adolescents in a clinical capacity.

• Proficiency in utilizing telehealth technologies for client sessions and treatment management.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to connect with clients and collaborate with teams.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 52,000 to 70,000 , commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
