Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

As licensed team member for The Whitford Insurance Agencies, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You will be the voice our customers trust-handling policy updates, billing questions, claims support, and more. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and service-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.
Deliver top-notch customer service via phone, email, and in-person.
Assist customers with policy changes and general account support.
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Strong communication skills and a passion for people.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and stay calm under pressure.
Results Driven
Property & Casualty licensed.
Bilingual Preferred, but not required.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Our office is located in Las Vegas & Summerlin.
Our office is open 9am-5pm.
