Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a caseload of clients, establishing rapport and fostering positive working relationships that abide by professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular client meetings to discuss progress, stability, and future appointments, including timely discharge when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Document all client interactions meticulously, ensuring timely updates of progress notes and treatment documentation.

• Perform thorough intake assessments to evaluate client needs and determine appropriate interventions.

• Conduct a set number of individual therapy sessions weekly, adhering to best practices in mental health treatment.

• Participate in ongoing individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and ensure quality of care.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on serving youth and young adults grappling with various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• Proficiency in meeting internal credentialing requirements relevant to clinical settings.

• A minimum of one year of direct experience working with psychiatric and/or substance abuse populations.

• Experience in conducting assessments, diagnoses, and both individual and group therapy sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
