Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations via video chat, identifying client needs and therapeutic goals.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on client profiles and ongoing assessments.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on stable, low-acuity adults who are seeking mental health support. Many clients are navigating everyday challenges such as anxiety, stress management, and relationship issues. By providing professional guidance, you will help these clients develop the necessary skills to enhance their coping mechanisms and improve their mental well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Current, independent state licensure in one of the following: LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD.

• Demonstrated experience providing individual counseling with no disciplinary actions on record.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with diverse populations.

• Proficient computer skills with a commitment to utilizing technology in providing mental health support.

• A stable Wi-Fi connection to ensure seamless communication with clients during sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in a telehealth setting or using virtual platforms for counseling is preferred.

• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We are pleased to offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Additionally, we provide:
