Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand the client's history and needs, establishing personalized treatment plans accordingly.

• Provide psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing a systemic approach that integrates trauma-informed and culturally responsive practices.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with Pennsylvania regulations, ensuring timely updates and thorough patient records.

• Regularly review and adapt treatment methodologies based on client progress and feedback.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LMFT will focus on a diverse client population that includes individuals, couples, and families experiencing various psychological challenges. Patients may come seeking assistance with relationship dynamics, trauma recovery, mental health issues, and navigating life transitions. Our approach emphasizes a relational framework, seeking to unearth underlying systemic issues that may be impacting clients' mental well-being.

Qualifications\n

• Current, active LMFT license in Pennsylvania is required for this position.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is essential.

• 1 to 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience is preferred; we are currently not considering pre-licensed therapists.

• Strong understanding of systems theory and the ability to apply relational frameworks in therapy.

• Proficiency in developing rapport with clients while managing complex interpersonal dynamics.

• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) platforms is a plus, as well as a willingness to learn new systems.
