Team members enjoy a supportive work environment, cross-training opportunities, company events, and the opportunity to contribute to a company that continues to expand.Key Responsibilities of the Bookkeeper RoleManage full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.The Bookkeeper will perform bank reconciliations, general ledger reconciliations, and account reviews.Maintain accurate general ledger records using accounting software.Prepare and post journal entries to support accurate financial reporting.The Bookkeeper will assist with month-end and year-end close activities.Monitor unit cost variances and support the development of cost standards for materials and labor.The Bookkeeper will assist the accounting team with special projects and cross-functional initiatives.Preferred Qualifications of the Bookkeeper Role2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.Strong understanding of accounting principles, reconciliations, and financial processes.Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.Comfortable learning new systems and contributing to process improvements.
