Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand each student's mental health concerns, along with their strengths and support systems.

• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including school psychologists and educators, to develop and implement student-centered treatment plans that align with academic goals and emotional health.

• Provide crisis intervention as necessary, including developing safety plans and conducting risk assessments for at-risk students.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops for parents and staff to enhance understanding of mental health issues and promote a culture of wellness within the school community.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring compliance with the state regulations governing social work practice.

• Regularly review and adjust treatment plans in collaboration with students and families, tracking progress and outcomes to ensure effective therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers an annual salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000, along with a competitive sign-on bonus.
