Quick Facts Location: Boston, MA (55 Fruit Street) Start Date: 09/07/2026 End Date: 12/07/2026 Shift: Day, 3x13-hour shifts (6:00 AM – 7:00 PM) Hours/Week: 39 hours Employment Type: Contract License/Certs: MA State License, BC in Neurosurgery preferred Experience: Minimum 1 year in neuro required Pay & Benefits Hourly Rate: $151.32 Pay package discussed upon application Benefits include: Competitive weekly pay via direct deposit Medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time in accordance with laws Travel and licensure reimbursement when applicable Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated support team What You'll Do Assist with inpatient neurosurgery consultations and patient rounding Review and place orders for patients needing neurosurgical care Manage patient discharges in coordination with hospital staff Collaborate with residents and medical team on patient plans Support neurosurgical procedures related to inpatient care Remove drains (hemovac, JP drains) preferred but not required Ensure patient safety and provide quality clinical care What You Need Board Certification in Neurosurgery (preferred) Massachusetts state license At least 1 year of neuro-specific experience Strong knowledge of inpatient neurosurgery protocols Excellent communication and teamwork skills About the Assignment Join a reputable hospital in Boston, MA, committed to patient-centered care in a fast-paced neurosurgery service.
