To support a growing service delivery team, the full-time remote South Dakota Licensed Account Manager will manage a book of commercial lines insurance clients, focusing on policy renewals, new business leads, and enhancing customer relationships. Key responsibilities Manage small books of business for commercial lines insurance clients Drive customer retention and market additional lines of coverage to grow business Provide quality service and consult with customers to meet their insurance needs Required qualifications 5+ years of Property and Casualty insurance experience or related coverage experience Active Resident Property and Casualty insurance license required Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Experience working in an Agency Management System Industry designations such as CPCU, CIC, CISR, or ARM preferred
