Texas Licensed Transaction Manager

Joining the Client Solutions team, the full-time Texas Licensed Transaction Manager will provide high-quality transaction and account support, conduct financial and market analytics, and assist clients in real estate decision-making while working remotely from Dallas, TX. Key responsibilities Review lease documents and conduct due diligence, including writing lease summaries and abstracts Develop and implement financial models and analytics to support client recommendations and transaction activities Summarize and communicate analytic findings through executive-level documents and presentations Required qualifications 4+ years of relevant experience in commercial real estate transaction management Active real estate license in the state of residence Associates or Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel, and familiarity with lease administration platforms Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
