Senior Paid Search Specialist

Seeking a part-time contract Senior Paid Search Specialist, the ideal candidate will manage strategy and execution for three to five client accounts, focusing on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, while working fully remotely and utilizing AI-native tools in their workflow. Key responsibilities Develop and execute paid search strategies for assigned accounts, ensuring performance optimization and client satisfaction Provide weekly performance reports and monthly summaries, along with ad-hoc analyses for campaign adjustments Communicate directly with clients through updates, review calls, and strategy presentations to stakeholders Required qualifications 5+ years of experience managing paid search at an agency, with independent client relationship ownership Strong expertise in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, including Smart Bidding Experience in both lead generation and eCommerce sectors Familiarity with attribution complexities and post-click pixel tools Proven track record of remote work with strong written communication skills
