Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to determine their mental health needs and create tailored treatment plans leveraging evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate therapeutic services for individuals, families, and groups, using a variety of counseling techniques including cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness practices.

• Collaborate with case managers and psychiatrists to ensure an integrated approach to care, working together to track client progress and modify treatment strategies as needed.

• Provide urgent crisis intervention services and emotional support, employing skilled techniques for de-escalation, stabilization, and connecting clients with appropriate emergency resources.

• Engage actively in community outreach efforts, including workshops, seminars, and educational initiatives aimed at raising mental health awareness and reducing stigma.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will include serving a varied clientele facing mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
