Beverly Hills, CA (Onsite 5 Days/Week)

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000

Our client is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable / Billing Specialist to join their growing team in Beverly Hills. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys taking ownership of the billing and collections process.

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of A/R and billing experience
• Experience with commercial collections
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, professional, and energetic attitude
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
• Self-starter who can work independently and take initiative
• Receptive to feedback and performance coaching

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience within the shipping, logistics, transportation, or related industries
• Familiarity with industry terminology such as bills of lading, purchase orders, terminals, and racks
• NetSuite experience is a plus
