Senior Accounts Receivable/Payable Specialist

Salary: USD31 - USD35 per hour Ledgent has partnered with a growing wholesale company located in downtown LA and is actively seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Accounts Receivable/Payable Specialist to manage daily AR operations and support cash flow. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial processes, particularly Accounts Receivable, and advanced proficiency with QuickBooks Online and Excel. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial records, supporting month-end and year-end close activities, and maintaining smooth accounting operations across the organization. Responsibilities Manage full-cycle AR for ~75 accounts, including collections and follow-ups Perform high-volume invoicing, invoice auditing, and account reconciliations Handle credit variances, deductions, chargebacks, pricing adjustments, and damages Ensure timely deposits and accurate billing for shipments Assist with month/year-end close Maintain records and process transactions in QuickBooks Online Support light administrative tasks (mail handling, document scanning, CPA coordination) Qualifications 5+ years AR experience in distribution, wholesale, or manufacturing Must have accounts payable experience Strong knowledge of full-cycle AR, reconciliations, collections, and invoicing Experience with QuickBooks Online andExcel Experience with Google Sheets, preferred Must understand debits/credits Persistent, self-motivated, and comfortable managing collections with business owners Strong attention to detail and ability to take initiative in a small team environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Ledgent-Finance-
