Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy to clients, employing evidence-based therapy techniques tailored to each client's needs.

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify client strengths, challenges, and treatment goals, ensuring a holistic approach to mental health care.
\n
• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans, adapting approaches based on client progress and feedback.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes within established protocols.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and community partners to facilitate coordinated care and support for clients, participating in regular case reviews to discuss client progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will serve a diverse client base, encompassing individuals of all ages facing a range of mental health challenges. This includes, but is not limited to, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Licensing: Candidates must hold a valid license to practice as a LMFT, LPC, or LCSW without supervision. Note that limited or provisional licenses and candidates with disciplinary actions are not eligible.

• Competency in making professional evaluations and treatment recommendations based on assessments.
\n
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, alongside a compassionate and empathetic nature.

• Proficiency in using telehealth technology and electronic health record systems to facilitate client care.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of experience providing therapy in clinical settings is highly desirable.

• Additional certification in specialized therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT) is a plus.

• Experience working with diverse populations and a strong understanding of multicultural considerations in therapy.
