Here’s what YOU get to do: Lead, support, and motivate a small team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales goals Welcome and advise customers, ensuring a memorable experience in line with Iris Galerie’s values Oversee the gallery’s daily operations and ensure procedures are followed Drive sales performance through proactive leadership and on-the-floor coaching Ensure visual presentation and cleanliness of the gallery meet brand standards Participate in training new team members and supporting onboarding when needed Create and manage staff schedules to ensure proper coverage based on gallery needs Report key feedback and performance metrics to the Store/Assistant Manager Our Ideal Candidate: Experience in team supervision or leadership in a retail or service environment Positive and motivating leadership style Schedule flexibility (weekends and evenings may be required) Strong communication skills and professional presentation Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented Multilingual (2–3 languages spoken) is a strong asset Comfortable with digital tools (Adobe knowledge is a plus) Interest in art, photography, or customer experience-focused environments Job Type: Full-time Salary: $19 per hour Location: Onsite, Iris Galerie Annapolis, 29th Annapolis 168 main St Annapolis MD 21401, United States What's in it for you?
