What You Will Be Doing As the Sr. Quality Engineer, Advanced Programs you will be a part of shaping and safeguarding the quality of our products and processes in a dynamic development environment. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in related discipline, with 5 years or more of professional experience, 4 years professional experience with a related Master's degree, or equivalent combined education/experience - Must have an active Secret clearance and the ability to obtain Top Secret clearance - Knowledge of manufacturing/quality processes and documentation -Experience developing quality standards, methods, work instructions and procedures for the inspection of manufactured products -Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and contracts - Experience with control and disposition of non-conforming materialDesired Skills - Root Cause & corrective action implementation experience including Failure Review Board chair or co-chair -Experience working with multiple levels of Government customers and stakeholders -Experience with MRA/Readiness Reviews -Experience solving complex problems associated with the quality of products - Effective communication skills including written, oral and listening and technical writing -Demonstrated presentation skills -A strong understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) -Thorough understanding in AS9100 and ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems -Experience in an aerospace manufacturing environment with strong skills in AS9100 certification and compliance requirements -Lean Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt / Black Belt) -Ability to travelPay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $85300.00 - $158300.00 At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
