The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.Basic Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in related discipline, with 5 years or more of professional experience, 4 years professional experience with a related Master's degree, or equivalent combined education/experience- Must have an active Secret clearance and the ability to obtain Top Secret clearance- Knowledge of manufacturing/quality processes and documentation-Experience developing quality standards, methods, work instructions and procedures for the inspection of manufactured products-Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and contracts- Experience with control and disposition of non-conforming materialDesired Skills- Root Cause & corrective action implementation experience including Failure Review Board chair or co-chair-Experience working with multiple levels of Government customers and stakeholders-Experience with MRA/Readiness Reviews-Experience solving complex problems associated with the quality of products- Effective communication skills including written, oral and listening and technical writing-Demonstrated presentation skills-A strong understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)-Thorough understanding in AS9100 and ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems-Experience in an aerospace manufacturing environment with strong skills in AS9100 certification and compliance requirements-Lean Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt / Black Belt)-Ability to travelPay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $85300.00 - $158300.00At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
