This position is entirely remote, providing flexibility and autonomy in your work schedule. You will engage with clients via live video sessions and utilize a range of self-guided video lessons and practical exercises to enhance therapeutic outcomes. Our state-of-the-art electronic medical record (EMR) system is integrated with artificial intelligence features that simplify client interactions, prompting you for check-ins, follow-ups, and other essential tasks.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct 100% remote, telehealth sessions with clients, offering them the flexibility to receive care from their preferred environment.

• Customize your own schedule, working Monday through Sunday according to your availability, while fostering work-life balance.

• Create personalized therapeutic plans based on clients' diagnoses, using effective CBT methodologies.

• Document and track client progress through our advanced EMR system, utilizing AI prompts to enhance client follow-up and care.

• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continually develop your skills, with access to free continuing education units (CEUs) available monthly.

• Provide support and resources to clients dealing with complex issues like marital disputes, familial challenges, and crises related to drug and alcohol addictions.

• Actively contribute to a team-oriented environment, collaborating with other mental health professionals to ensure holistic care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will encompass working with a diverse clientele, including individuals from various backgrounds seeking support for couples therapy, family dynamics, child development, and more. Your expertise in psycho-sexual counseling, drug and alcohol assessments, and community resources will be vital in addressing the unique needs of our clients.
