Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with clients and other team members.

• Ensure timely and accurate documentation that complies with regulatory standards, including crisis planning, risk assessments, and medication treatment plans.
\n
• Implement evidence-based screening tools and interventions while working closely with the clinical team to monitor patient progress.
\n
• Develop and facilitate positive behavior support plans, actively participating in multi-disciplinary team meetings.
\n
• Engage with external service systems and community partners to enhance integrated care for clients, serving as a liaison when necessary.
\n
• Establish open communication channels to uphold the clinic's missions and ensure alignment with contractual standards.
\n
• Proactively develop and maintain relationships with local and state agencies to identify new opportunities for partnerships and funding.
\n
• Engage in personal and professional development through training, conferences, and community involvement.
\n
• Actively promote the organization's values and philosophy in all interactions.
\n
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, adapting to the evolving needs of the clinic and its clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals experiencing mental health challenges, substance use disorders, developmental disabilities, and those needing support for brain injuries. Your work will be centered on fostering recovery and facilitating access to services that promote wellness and community integration.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required.

• Current and independent LMHC license in Texas or the willingness to obtain one with support from the organization.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in a community health setting, particularly with diverse or underserved populations.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic practices and documentation standards.

• Previous involvement in team-based care and collaborative approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
