Responsibilities

• Enter and process vendor invoices using a three-way match process
\n
• Prepare ACH, wire, and check payments
\n
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice discrepancies
\n
• Maintain accurate vendor records
\n
• Communicate with vendors regarding payment status and inquiries
\n
• Assist with month-end Accounts Payable closing activities
\n
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures
\n
• Provide general support to the accounting department as needed
\n
