Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify their unique needs and challenges, developing individualized treatment plans that may incorporate varied therapeutic approaches, such as individual and group therapy.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions that are tailored to assist clients in overcoming dependencies while promoting positive lifestyle changes.

• Set appropriate and ethical treatment goals in collaboration with clients, ensuring adherence to state and federal regulations.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of client interactions, including detailed progress notes and treatment plans, while engaging in periodic chart audits in partnership with the clinical director.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range from $120,000 to $130,000 annually, reflecting your experience and expertise in this critical position.
