Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to gain deep insights into clients' mental health challenges, thereby developing effective and personalized treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques tailored to support personal growth and emotional healing.

• Lead therapy groups for families and couples, encouraging open dialogue and healing within relationships.

• Establish and adjust therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients, regularly tracking and documenting their progress.

• Provide teletherapy solutions, ensuring accessibility for clients who may have mobility issues or prefer remote counseling.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation to uphold ethical standards while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Engage in continuous professional development to refine clinical skills and stay informed about emerging trends in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with diverse adult populations and child/adolescent groups, addressing a range of psychological challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other stress-related disorders. Your role will be pivotal in supporting clients as they navigate their unique journeys toward mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• Active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
