Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, history, and goals.

• Design individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices tailored specifically to each client's situation.

• Lead engaging one-on-one and group therapy sessions that address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship dynamics.

• Implement therapeutic exercises and interventions that promote coping skills and resilience among clients.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, social workers, and community resources to coordinate holistic care for clients.

• Document case notes and progress reports using our electronic health record (EHR) system to ensure continuity of care and compliance with health regulations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a current and valid state license/certification (LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW) that qualifies you to practice independently.

• A solid understanding of mental health issues and interventions, along with a minimum of two years of experience providing therapy to individuals and groups.

• Proficient interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective relationship-building with clients and colleagues alike.

• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is preferred but not essential.

• Experience in a similar outpatient therapy setting, specifically with clients facing chronic mental health issues.

• Skills in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or other evidence-based practices.

• The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 52,000 to 70,000 annually , commensurate with qualifications and experience.
