Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that reflect clients' unique needs, goals, and preferences while ensuring evidence-based approaches are utilized.

• Implement therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored to client needs.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatment options, and effective self-care strategies to enhance recovery.

• Monitor client progress meticulously through regular follow-ups, adapting treatment plans based on their evolving needs and feedback.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care solutions for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals dealing with a range of mood disorders, including depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. You will extend services to vulnerable populations, including the homeless, refugees, and domestic abuse survivors, ensuring they receive the compassionate care necessary for recovery. The relationships you build with clients will foster trust and facilitate their healing journey.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary range of USD 70,000 - 90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
