Administrative Assistant/Receptionist
Consolidated Precision Products
Consolidated Precision Products is seeking an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to support our aerospace manufacturing facility. In this front-office role, you will manage the reception desk, greet visitors, answer and route calls, and coordinate meeting schedules. You will maintain records, prepare documents and reports, handle mail and shipments, and support purchasing, HR, and operations with data entry and filing. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, professional in communication, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, safety-focused manufacturing environment with cross-functional teams.
