Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gather information about clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, coping mechanisms, and available support systems.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions using established evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to each client’s needs, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused therapy.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that encompass specific goals and strategic interventions aimed at promoting client recovery and resilience.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate holistic, coordinated care for clients, ensuring all aspects of their treatment are addressed.

• Provide crisis intervention services, comprehensive risk assessments, and safety planning as necessary, prioritizing clients’ immediate emotional and psychological needs.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of clinical interactions and treatment plans, adhering to ethical, legal, and organizational standards.
