Affordable Housing Compliance Specialist
Shinda Management Corporation
Shinda Management Corporation is seeking a Compliance Specialist to join our Compliance Department in New York. You will maintain the portfolio in accordance with LIHTC, Section 8, and other program requirements, ensuring fair housing compliance and policy adherence. You will process certifications, recertifications, leases, and renewals across multiple properties, support marketing and leasing for affordable housing, and manage TRACS and TIC reviews, with travel up to 15%. #J-18808-Ljbffr
