Join our team as a Talent Acquisition Consultant and enjoy the flexibility of working remotely while providing full cycle recruiting services to multiple clients across diverse industries. As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will use your expertise and business acumen to identify, engage, and place top-tier talent in roles that span various skill sets. We are seeking a results-driven professional with a consultative approach and a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate and client experience. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment cycle for a portfolio of clients across various industries and roles. Guide candidates through the process, providing expert advice on resume writing, interview skills, and more to ensure successful placements. Proactively source and engage candidates through databases, internet mining, and social media platforms. Conduct behavioral, technical, and competency-based interviews to assess candidate fit. Ensure compliance with all recruiting best practices and processes Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues to promote continuous learning and development within the team. Collaborate closely with client hiring managers, ensuring alignment on job requirements and providing regular status updates. Work in partnership with your dedicated Sourcing Specialist, supporting them with search strategies, allocation of time, and training to meet client needs. Handle administrative tasks, including job postings, reference and background checks, and productivity reporting. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of full cycle recruiting experience- preferably in an agency or RPO setting. (Or a combination of both) Strong talent sourcing skills including LinkedIn Recruiter. At least 1 year of experience consulting with multiple hiring managers simultaneously. Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, with a focus on delivering successful outcomes. Self-motivated, with the ability to thrive in a remote, home-office environment. Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal. Strong multitasking and decision-making abilities, ensuring all actions benefit both clients and the business. Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience).
