Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions that cater to a diverse client base, employing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Perform comprehensive assessments to diagnose mental health disorders accurately, followed by the formulation and implementation of tailored treatment plans.

• Engage collaboratively with clients to set realistic treatment goals, constantly monitor their progress, and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.

• Provide crisis intervention services when required, ensuring timely referrals to necessary resources, including hospitalizations or community services.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of clinical notes and treatment progress in compliance with state regulations and the highest ethical standards.

• Participate in continuous professional development, including workshops and training related to evolving therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work closely with a varied patient population, including children, adolescents, and families experiencing a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties. Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Illinois.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $95,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
