This position is designed for a remote work setting, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a structured schedule. Our team operates primarily Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., ensuring a balanced work-life dynamic. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide thorough evaluations to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms exhibited by clients, utilizing clinical tools and methodologies for accurate diagnosis.

• Collaborate with clients to craft personalized treatment plans that align with their unique goals, preferences, and individual needs, incorporating techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment modalities, and effective self-care practices, ensuring they have the knowledge to support their mental health journey.

• Regularly monitor client progress, make necessary adjustments to treatment plans, and document updates in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Coordinate integrated care by working closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
