Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Insightful Life Care Counseling, you will:

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify client needs, preferences, and treatment goals, formulating tailored treatment plans.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused modalities, to help clients navigate their mental health challenges.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide seamless, integrated care for patients.

• Deliver crisis intervention services during emergencies, providing immediate and compassionate support to clients in distress.
