Remote Labor and Employment Associate Attorney
We're seeking an experienced Employment Special Counsel to handle Labor and Employment matters exclusively in a fully remote capacity. This is a standout opportunity to work with a nationally recognized team on sophisticated, high-volume employment litigation.
What you'll do
- Manage a caseload of EPLI employment litigation matters end-to-end
- Handle claims involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination
- Draft motions, pleadings, and legal strategy documents
- Conduct depositions, attend hearings, and drive case resolution
- Collaborate with insurers, clients, and internal teams
What you bring
- 2-10 years of employment litigation experience
- Strong background in Labor and Employment defense work preferred
- Excellent writing, advocacy, and communication skills
- Ability to independently manage cases in a remote setting
- Active bar license in your state of residence
