Senior Director, Brand Marketing & Content Operations

Please visit us at: What we need now is a Senior Director who builds real audience reach specifically through social media strategy, influencer marketing, and affiliate programs. Getting it right will produce a measurable sales impact across DTC, wholesale, and Amazon channels for every brand in the portfolio. This role is the strategic and executional center of our entire marketing effort. You will build and lead influencer and affiliate programs, drive social media strategy and reach amplification across all six brands, direct the AI Creative Production Manager on visual production priorities, and manage a team of Brand Content Coordinators. What you'll do: Build and own social media and content strategy for all six brands platform by platform, audience by audience Build content calendars for all six brands informed by platform trends, seasonal moments, affiliate opportunities, and audience behavior Develop and manage influencer and affiliate programs Direct the AI Creative Production Manager on visual and video production priorities to maximize his output and keep the AI pipeline running at full capacity Set content themes and priorities for three Brand Content Coordinators who publish and manage community across all six brands Own website creative direction across the portfolio Establish brand voice guidelines along with our Design Directors Establish social growth and influencer program KPIs and report against them regularly What we're looking for: 7+ years in social media strategy and influencer/affiliate marketing with a real track record of audience growth and creator program results Hands-on, daily use of AI creative and project management tools Deep experience with ShopMy, LTK, or equivalent affiliate/influencer platforms Multi-brand or agency experience preferred. You hold six brand voices simultaneously without losing any of them Someone who finds building from scratch more energizing than managing what already exists Private company. No committees.
