Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform thorough initial assessments and evaluations to gain insights into the client’s mental health status and needs, using standardized assessment tools and personal interviews.

• Design and implement customized treatment plans based on client goals, ensuring that these plans are dynamic and can adapt as the client progresses.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions for adult clients, employing evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques to address a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Utilize teletherapy platforms to conduct virtual sessions effectively, ensuring clients receive quality care regardless of their location.

Qualifications\n

• No disciplinary history with licensing boards.
