Job Description

Required:

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience eliciting and documenting business and systems requirements using techniques such as JAR/JAD, SCRUM, etc. OR minimum of 5-7 years of experience developing, implementing, and evaluating workflow processes, policies, and procedures.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in managed healthcare environment with strong domain expertise in at least one of the following disciplines: Claims/EDI, Membership, Provider, Care Management, or Finance.

Preferred:

• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Tableau and Requirements Management software.
• Ability to create high level and detailed process documentation including Suppliers, Inputs, Process, Outputs, Customers, and Requirements (SIPOC) diagrams, among Six sigma tools.
• Ability to effectively communicate and present key concepts.
• Define, collect, and evaluate business data to examine unique business challenges and synthesize recommendations.
• Assist in designing and document business requirements, and design future state process opportunities.
• Proficiency with modeling conventions and Visual Document (IDEF) to develop processes, visualizations, use cases and user stories.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams to achieve results.
