Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm
Pay Rate: $15 /hr.
Location: Houston, TX 77026
Experience: At least 1 year CSR

Receptionist Duties and Responsibilities:
- ANSWER MULTIPLE PHONE LINES WHICH ALSO INCLUDES TALKING OVER HEAD PAGES.....
- WILL DO SOME CLERICAL WORK
- SCAN ORDERS AND OTHER DOCUEMNTS
- KEEP KITCHEN AREA CLEAN AND ALWAYS STOCKED WITH COFFEE
- SHREDD DOCUMENTS
- COMMUNICATE WITH PUBLIC CUTOMERS AND HFP EMPLOYEES
- DISBURSE COMPANY MAIL
Receptionist Qualifications:
- Must have previous customer service experience
- Must have a working knowledge of measurements, dimensions, and weight
- Prior knowledge in packaging, production, and construction preferred
- Must have experience with various computer software including Excel and heavy email
- Must be strong customer service driven and have verifiable customer relations skills
