Our client is seeking a professional, organized, and bilingual (English/Spanish) receptionist with prior law firm experience to join the growing team.
Responsibilities
- Answer and route calls and assist English- and Spanish-speaking clients.
- Greet clients and provide a professional, welcoming experience.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
- Assist attorneys and paralegals with administrative tasks.
- Handle mail, scanning, filing, and document organization.
- Maintain confidentiality and accurate client information.
- Support the day-to-day operations of a busy law firm.
Qualifications
- Prior law firm or legal office experience required.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Professional, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Firm offers fully paid insurance and 401K hours 8-5 or 8:30-5:30.
