This is a fully remote position, allowing you to create a balanced work-life schedule from the comfort of your home. Enjoy the flexibility of setting your own schedule during standard hours, Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, without any on-call requirements.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly video sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to meet the specific needs of individual adult clients, fostering their journey of self-discovery and healing.

• Utilize data-driven methods, including electronically administered symptom self-assessments and goal progress measures, to monitor client progress and guide treatment adjustments effectively.

• Engage in regular collaboration with other mental health professionals and counselors within the center to develop comprehensive treatment plans that address clients' multifaceted needs.

• Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes using our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

• Participate in team meetings and professional consultations to share insights, seek guidance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will primarily work with adult clients, many of whom may present with higher-risk mental health issues or a variety of psychological disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy, with valid licensure as LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW from an accredited institution.

• Demonstrable tech-savviness and comfort with integrating digital tools into clinical practice, enhancing the telehealth service delivery.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of recent clinical experience delivering cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based interventions to adults experiencing a range of mental health challenges.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with relevant experience and qualifications.
