While the majority of your work will be virtual, there may be occasional on-site visits, particularly to veterans' homes, necessitating a valid driver’s license for commuting. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide on-call crisis support and emergency consultations during regular workdays, responding promptly to urgent client needs.

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations, including assessments of clients’ criminal and substance abuse histories to inform treatment plans.

• Identify and evaluate suicide risk with precision while maintaining accurate and confidential documentation.

• Deliver crisis intervention services and psychotherapy, even in challenging or unpredictable environments.

• Collaborate with medical professionals and support staff to develop comprehensive diagnoses and management strategies for psychiatric disorders.

• Draft clinical reports, establish treatment plans, and provide input on complex cases, ensuring adherence to ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field is required.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and education.
