Account Manager (Performance Marketing & AI SaaS)

We've also released our own software product, Conative AI, an AI SaaS platform that helps growing Ecommerce brands solve inventory problems and scale profitably using predictive demand forecasting and sophisticated AI Agents to automate a host of processes. The platform has won multiple awards over the last few months, with a growing list of clients and technology partners. The Role We’re looking for a smart, strategic, and experienced Account Manager with strong hands‑on experience in Paid Media (Meta, Google Ads) and a consultative mindset . You will manage a portfolio of performance marketing accounts and take ownership of client relationships, strategy, and results. You’ll also manage select Conative AI SaaS clients and play a key role in customer success and product adoption. This is not a junior role. We want someone who knows what great strategy looks like, can speak confidently to CMOs and founders, and understands what moves the needle in Ecommerce in order to grow into a more senior position in the future. What You’ll Do Own client relationships and act as the trusted growth advisor for 4–6 Ecommerce brands Lead weekly calls and reporting, communicate strategy clearly and persuasively Identify growth opportunities and drive upsells across performance marketing and Conative AI services Understand your clients’ business models, product margins, inventory, and marketing mix Performance Marketing Management Guide internal teams (or execute directly if needed) on campaign strategy, structure, and optimizations Audit accounts (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok) to spot inefficiencies and make high‑impact recommendations Review spend allocation, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and ROAS performance weekly SaaS Customer Success (Conative AI) Onboard new Conative AI clients and run high‑touch trial engagements Explain AI forecasting insights and show how it impacts inventory and marketing planning Solve issues and advocate for client needs with the product and engineering teams Ensure adoption of key features and maintain client satisfaction post‑sale Must‑Haves 2–3 years of experience in performance marketing (agency or in‑house DTC) Strong understanding of paid media platforms: Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search & Shopping) Experience managing clients directly , especially DTC/eCommerce Confident communicator – written, verbal, and visual (decks, reports, etc.) Ability to interpret data, present insights, and prioritize what drives business growth Detail‑oriented and organized, with strong time and project management skills Comfortable wearing multiple hats – performance marketer, strategist, client advisor Bonus Points If You Have Experience using SaaS tools or working with product teams Background in inventory, merchandising, or demand forecasting Experience with TikTok Ads, Klaviyo, Shopify, Google Analytics 4 B2B SaaS account management or onboarding experience Strong slide design skills for strategy and performance decks What We Offer Real growth opportunities : Work directly with top‑tier clients, company leadership and managers day‑to‑day Exposure to fast‑growth DTC brands and bleeding‑edge AI technology Hands‑on experience across performance channels and AI‑enabled tools Team‑first culture : Transparency, accountability, and collaboration.
