Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients’ substance abuse histories and mental health conditions, establishing baseline data for treatment.

• Develop comprehensive, personalized treatment plans that address both addiction issues and co-occurring mental health disorders.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to foster client engagement and progress.

• Work in close partnership with interdisciplinary treatment teams to ensure seamless integration of care, including regular case consultations and progress updates.

• Educate and involve clients’ families in the therapeutic process, providing them with tools and support to contribute positively to their loved one’s recovery.

• Maintain comprehensive, compliant records of client progress, treatment interventions, and outcomes in accordance with regulatory requirements and established best practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
