This role offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, enabling you to balance your professional responsibilities with personal commitments effectively. Though primarily remote, you will have access to resources and support from our outpatient office as needed.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for senior clients, identifying their emotional, psychological, and social needs.

• Facilitate both individual and group counseling sessions focused on addressing life transitions, grief, and anxiety related to aging.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to design and implement individualized care strategies that reflect the unique needs of each client.

• Provide psychoeducation to families regarding mental health issues and effective coping strategies to enhance the quality of life for their loved ones.

• Implement cognitive stimulation activities and evidence-based therapies designed to enhance the mental acuity and emotional resilience of elderly clients.

• Support clients and their families through grief and loss counseling, especially those coping with end-of-life issues.

You will primarily work with elderly clients, helping them address a variety of mental health challenges including depression, anxiety, grief, and adjustment issues related to aging. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD $80,000 to $100,000 annually , complemented by a competitive sign-on bonus.
